Notarized copy of the document (up to 3 pages), notarized extract from the passport, work book	60 BYN

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

For certification, photocopies or scanned documents with stamps and signatures are not accepted. These are accepted only in Original.

Make sure that your document does not contain postscripts, crossed out words, unspecified corrections, and all the details required for this document are present.
