Form Filling Assistance - This service provides customers with assistance in filling out the visa application form on the United States Government's website. Staff will read out the questions on the form, and will record the answers verbatim on behalf of the customer. Customers will need to provide an email id for registration on the portal in order to manage their application and will need to answer all the questions on the form in order to apply. Staff will not be able to answer questions on an applicant’s behalf or fill in questions based on assumptions.
